How does the pause feature work?
If at any point your design needs are fully met, you can simply pause your service. Your billing cycle will freeze, and any remaining time will be saved for when you're ready to resume.
How quickly will my tasks be completed?
Requests are delivered according to your plan 2/4 days on average. However, the turnaround time can vary depending on the complexity and requirements of the specific task at hand.

As the nature of this service is highly customisable, no refunds are offered. However, all work is revisable until you are completely satisfied with the results.
